Beautifully formed, skilfully made, and a sophisticated yet subtle statement; this gold-plated ring from CFDA’s accessory designer of 2010, is a wonderfully modern investment. Although the Miss Havisham collection is inspired by Dickens’ famous wealthy spinster, Alexis Bittar rejects the desperation and malevolence of the jilted lady, and thankfully focuses on her fabulous vintage style. Each separate accessory in the collection is unique and interesting, with a magical hook to draw you in. We love this liquid metal ring for its fluid shape; the light reflects off it in a striking way, it looks almost like a rose petal or a sea anemone. Without the fuss of gems or engravings, the simplicity of the design is its winning feature, and will bring understated glamour to any outfit, day or night. We don’t know about you, but here at Motilo, there are certainly great expectations for this wonderfully talented designer!
