BAFTA Award

Never mind the aftermath of the Golden Globes, we’re already looking ahead to the next one as the BAFA nominations are announced. It seems that this year is going to be a celebration of an eclectic mix of avant-garde actresses, with Meryl Streep, Carey Mulligan, Michelle Williams and Tilda Swinton amongst those in with a chance of winning. W.E. was a notable exception to the films in the running, but The Artist, My Week With Marilyn, and The Help look set to win big, yet again. Williams is a style favourite of ours, so we can’t wait to see what she wears to this award ceremony, scheduled for February 12, but we’re also anticipating big things from some of the other nominees. After The Artist’s leading lady Bérénice Bejo’s incredible Gucci dress at Sunday’s Golden Globes we’re predicting another winning look from her. Of course, we’re also hoping that, as Drive is up for Best Film, Ryan Gosling might turn up and undoubtedly look divine in whatever he chooses to wear. Here’s a full list of the nominations:
