Celebrity Style: Emma Stone in Tom Ford

In the flame haired festival that was last night’s ‘Crazy, Stupid, Love’ premiere in New York, Emma Stone outshone co-star Julianne Moore in an exquisitely constructed Tom Ford A/W11 lace dress with the cutest of Christian Louboutin patent tipped pumps.
We have a rather large girl-crush on Emma Stone at the moment, despite having enviably crystal blue eyes, svelte figure and a brilliantly dirty laugh, she is just so likeable. Her most wonderful feature in our eyes is certainly her milky, white skin. Glowing like a legal-age Lolita on Vanity Fair last month she is flying the flag for the red haired, pale skinned amongst us, and doing so extremely stylishly.
Tom Ford must be a fan, transferring his skills away from Moore for the evening last night and onto Miss Stone. Never one to shy away from colour on the red carpet, the classic black lace dress would seem a rather subdued choice. However, the structured bustle-design on the hip looked incredibly refreshing and sophisticated, particularly when she was stood next to the equally gorgeous, sophisticated, angular and, umm, gorgeous Ryan Gosling in Gucci.
Our only fear is the somewhat alarming resemblance our dear Emma has to a bygone clean-cut Lindsey Lohan. We hope this pale skinned beauty shades away from that kind of limelight and keeps up the good work. If that happens to include more of this standing next Ryan Gosling in a suit then that is fine with us too.
