Celebrity Style: Jessica Alba colour blocking in New York

It wasn’t hard to spot Jessica Alba when she stepped out in New York earlier today, and the rain hadn’t stopped her dressing like the sun was shining. The bright shades adorning her body were a perfect match in clashing. The colour block trend can be incredibly hard to pull off, but using some classic Erdem floral trousers with a multi tonal print, Alba has picked out some of the most vibrant shades and used them to kit out the rest of her ensemble.
The orange Acne top brings out the warmth of the reddish pink tones in the trousers and the bright bottle green coat picks out the scattered leaf-like splashes, and also match with the white ankle cuffed Barbara Bui sandals. The coat fades to black to tie in her simple and practical tote. With such a rainbow over her body, she has kept make-up and hair simple, with just a streak of intense black mascara to bring out her eyes.
