Welcome to the new, improved and exciting Motilo.com. We’ve been working away behind the scenes to bring you the best fashion, available at your fingertips. To celebrate such an exciting occasion, we teamed up with the wonderfully creative Reed & Rader to produce this great video with music from the lovely Pomplamoose.
This Californian duo, made up of Jack Conte and Nataly Dawn, have been making big waves on Youtube with their catchy tunes since 2008. With channel views already well into the millions, their songs have been featured on a multitude of ads, from Hyundai to Toyota.
What it is:
The main aim of Motilo, and life in general come to that, is to share your experiences with your friends. Your likes, your taste and your style are to be showcased and celebrated, by the Motilo team and the rest of the community in turn. We’ve spent a great deal of time working hard on this platform for you and your social network to enjoy and expand upon. And just is the case with most things, the more you put in – the more you get back.
How to do it:
Let’s get started. The fact that you’re here in the first place probably means you love to shop, right? Well you are most definitely in the right place. We do too. Our stylists scour thousands of internet stores and handpick the best selection of items so you don’t have to. With everything in one place you and your friends can spend more time socialising, and less time searching.
Spot something you love? Add it to the canvas and build a look. By browsing through the rest of the communities ensembles you can get an idea of how people like to place their items, although how you do it yourself is entirely up to you. Once you’re in the creation stage, here’s what to do:
Step 1
Simply drag an item from the shop onto the canvas.
Step 2
Increase the size of anything by dragging the corner.
Step 3
Move items backward or forward or simply delete it by clicking on the little ‘i’ icon in the top right hand corner of the item.
Step 4
Once you’ve completed your look save it and make sure to hit ‘publish’ so everyone can be inspired.
