What are your fashion week survival tips?

The BFC show space at Somerset House, where style history is made
Are you as exhausted as we are? It seems that the last week has lived up to all expectations, and been as exhilarating, inspiring, tiring, painful, claustrophobic, expensive, uncomfortable, starving, exciting and London-centric as we knew it would be.
From perching on the railings, frantically tweeting our show reports from our Lanvin clad iPads, to working with a fabulous team of people on the incredibly successful Jonathan Saunders show, from attending exhibitions and fashion related events to making lists of future SS13 trends, it seems that the Motilo staff have been constantly on the go. We know that it was no different for all the bloggers, editors, buyers, stylists, models, designers and fashion fans out there who also attended London Fashion Week.
However, as is the way, it’s straight on to the next one, with Milan. If you’re flustered with fashion flu, it’s time to start thinking of ways to survive in the fun but potentially fraught world of fashion month. Rather than battling each other, we should be supportive and share our tips for a healthier, happier experience.
Now that we’re half way through, we decided to ask some experts who always manage to look well-groomed, graceful and serene, even in the most stressful of situations. Our editor-at-large, Gianluca Longo, asks our Motilo Girls the following question:
What are your fashion week survival tips?
Here is what Poppy Delevingne, Sara Brajovic and Sophia Hesketh answered:

How about you? What lifelines have you been hanging on to to get you through the dauntingly busy days and party-filled nights? How is it that you’ve managed to keep your skin so fresh, your wardrobe so clean and your mind so clear? Share your saving graces with us @Motilo, and with @MrsMotilo too.
